WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A HOME INSPECTION?
A home inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of the accessible areas of a residential property, performed for a fee, which is designed to identify defects within specific systems and components defined by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors' (InterNACHI) Standards of Practice that are both observed and deemed material by the inspector. The scope of work may be modified by the Client and Inspector prior to the inspection process.
The home inspection is based on the observations made on the date of the inspection, and not a prediction of future conditions.
The home inspection will not reveal every issue that exists or ever could exist, but only those material defects observed on the date of the inspection.
HOW LONG DOES THE INSPECTION TAKE?
Plan on 3 - 4 hours for a house and 1 - 2 hours for a condominium.
HOW SOON DO I RECEIVE MY REPORT AFTER THE INSPECTION?
You'll receive an electronic copy of your report as soon as the inspection is completed. If you are present at the inspection, we'll review the report and if necessary, walk back through the home together to look over any issues in person.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept Checks, Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover, Amex), Venmo and Cash.
